She's patient, takes the time to understand your needs and precisely what you're looking for, and makes accurate suggestions to your taste. Being moderately OCD, I independently did research on various providers during our buying process, ie inspector, contractor for renovations, insurance agent etc--and Jennie's suggestions and recommendations consistently aligned with the top 2-3 on my own list, making me very comfortable to proceed with her recommendations.
